GrandPrix is a project that take place from the awareness of a communicative, experiential and historical gap and presents itself as a connection gesture, temporal and spatial bridge, as body of encounter.

This project wants to become a relational choreographic platform, a format of exchange and confrontation through the gaze and the meeting of two generations intent on looking and acting in the italian choreo-panorama.
Two bodies immersed in the same context, but with different experiences, ideas and needs, will follow a choreographic process that will guide the establishment of a creative, performative and personal relationship (not least) for the purposes of staging a work.
From time to time, the project could be inhabited by different choreographers, so as to highlight the multiform possibilities of the relationship between the two generations, in an attempt to create a common body of interchange, sharing and action.

In its first implementation GrandPrix has given shape to the work in progress of VIRTUAL² in which the two performer use dance as a virtual object through wich bring out and explore the possibilities of a “common movement” without choreographing the bodies in formal terms, without aligning them, without submitting them to a writing, but through internal scores. VIRTUAL² is a work on the language of dance in corporeal terms, in which the performative aspect highlights differences and similarities that make manifest an individuality that is a consequence, a partiality of the interaction space.
A final phase of the work will focus on modifying, redefining, restructuring the perception and decoding of these individualities by the audience, bringing new performative methods into the work.
