Igor x Moreno is a London based contemporary dance company, directed by Igor Urzelai (San Sebastian, Spain) and Moreno Solinas (Sardinia, Italy).
Since forming in 2012, the company has extensively toured numerous works across the globe, which has been met by public and critical acclaim. They have been nominated for awards such as the Total Theatre Award for Dance and the National Dance Awards, as well as being promoted in numerous international dance platforms including the British Council Showcase. Following on from their first choreographic venture Idiot-Syncrasy (2013), nominated for the National Dance Awards 2015, Total Theatre Awards 2015 and selected for the Edinburgh Showcase, the company presented A Room For All Our Tomorrows (2015), a duet that explores the secret lives we all possess when we are close to others. Their most recent work, Andante (2017), featuring four dancers, is an invitation to pause and to connect with your senses in a room filled with smoke and scent.
Upcoming works include BEAT (2019), a solo dance show for multiple spaces, born as a project about failure which expresses the human ability of performing multiple identities. Since 2016 they are supported by TIR Danza.

Barbara Berti
Artists
Born in Bologna and resident in Berlin, Barbara Berti is a dancer and choreographer. After initial training as a graphic designer, she moved into the performing arts, working with artists, performers and dancers such as Judith Seng, Tino Seghal, Gabi Schilling and Isabelle Schad. At the same time, she developed her own artistic key in contemporary dance, developing a personal choreographic language with the help of hybrid disciplines such as instant composition, body-mind centring, meditation and contact improvisation.
In her creations, a key aspect is research into kinaesthetic empathy and the transmission of the performer’s physical experience in a strong interaction with the audience.
In 2014, she won the jury prize at the 100° Berlin festival with I am a shape, in a shape, doing a shape, selected in 2016 for the Vetrina italiana della Giovane Danza d’Autore (Italian Showcase of Young Dance).
From 2016 to 2019 she has been supported by TIR Danza.
